It's official

Last night I worked my tail off, cleaning, decluttering and throwing things away.

At one point, hubby said, "sad that it takes THIS to get things done around here!"

If I had known that divorce and putting the house on the market would get his ass moving on putting trim up in the basement, I would have....well...ended things sooner. ;)

9 am this morning MR Miata Realtor arrived to photograph the house.

Buggy went to the window to check him out and I hear, "Nice car!"

*eye roll*

He did compliment how nice the house looked and took lots of pictures, so fingers crossed. We signed a 90 day contract with him and we will reevaluate after 90 days to see if we want to stick with him.

Hope you all are enjoying your weekend...oh and no snow as of yet (thank goodness)

  1. Give yourself a big pat on the back for getting so much done. I hope it goes well.

    We were told 8-10 inches of snow. Woke up to freezing rain. Has probably snowed an inch in the last hour. This might get ugly.

    And, seriously. That Mazda Miata ad on the sidebar is killing me! That and the 3 ads for selling your house.

    Good luck with the sale. I cried everytime someone came to look at my house and didn't fall in love with it. I ended up keeping. That'll teach 'em. Fackers!

  9. Good Luck! We got some snow today. For snowing all day long we only have a dusting on the ground. I will be working on my house in the next few weekends getting it ready to sell, as well.
