Our day was AWESOME.
My mom came over and we went for a hike. The kids were amazing, they climbed TWO sand dunes to get to the beach, it was a struggle but they did it!
The beach was beautiful. The sand was cool on our feet, the sun was in and out of the clouds throwing shadows out over the lake. Some areas were green and some were a deep blue, it reminded me of tropical waters.
After our hike we went to my brother's where he cooked us steaks on the grill...it was awesomely perfect.
I really couldn't have asked for a better day!

ReplyDeleteWhat a magnificent shot. Then, when you said, "lake" I had to look again. It's hard to believe lakes can look like the ocean. Here, if a shot has a lake in it, there's probably an aligator crawling out of it somewhere.
