MIA.

I was MIA for a couple days. This not having a computer at home is really crampin my bloggy style.

Work has been busy...and being called from work to pick up sick child only makes THAT much more work to be done.

Add to that one whole day off taking care of sick child, equals more piles of work to get finished.

So Bubba was sick. 103 temp. YIKES. When I picked him up Monday, he seemed FINE...but was pretty sleepy. Ironically, or not so ironically, he slept in on Sunday morning til 10:30 am which has NEVER happened before. Should have been my first clue, eh?

Anyway. So me and the Bubs had to take a sick day yesterday. I've never snoozed so much in my life. I might have even snoozed more than he did.

I was resting enough for the two of us.

It worked. For him. No fever since Tuesday afternoon!!

So he is back to school and I am hidden in the mounds of work that was left undone.

  8. I was wondering about you this morning. I figured something was up.

    I wish I could go home and snooze off this headache right now. But unfortunately I got called to pick up a sick kid yesterday too. Only mine wasn't really sick and eventually admitted that she lied. Then we had to do the whole teaching her a valuable lesson because we try to be good parents thing. It sucked. And it was tiring.

  16. Glad he's better. 'Tis the season, though. I don't remember a time when so many people I knew were under the weather and we're not out of November yet.

    So tell me again how you live without a computer at home?
