My mom who is widowed, went on a blind date with some guy my brother hooked her up with. When he came to pick her up he was covered head to toe in sweat. Said he had a "problem" with it. She called me that night to tell me all about and he was then dubbed "Bill Schweaty Man". She only went out with him one more time in an attempt to get past the Schweatyness, but luck was on her side because he turned out to be a jackass and she didn't have to see him again.
So to summarize... whenever I see this skit, I always think of "Bill Schweaty Man" LOL
