Today is Monday, in case you didn't know.

It's also only four days til Christmas.

I didn't finish ALL of my shopping this weekend, but I am soooo close.

I went out Friday night to Kohl's and Tarjay to try to finish up the shopping. I spent lots of money and time in each store, but when I left Kohl's I came out to a parking lot covered in snow and big huge flakes. I did a dance in the parking lot with my arms full of shopping bags. It really boosted my spirits and made it feel like Christmas.

I now have in my possession the most important gift of the season; our wii. I can not wait to play. I also got the wii fit plus, *squeal* I am so stoked.

I met a friend in Chicago on Saturday. It was a lovely, rain pellet day, my hair was soaked but not frozen to my face so it wasn't a total fail. My favorite part of the day was Navy Pier. I am so glad we dodged the goose poop caked lake trail to walk over. Once inside, the decorations, the kids in line for Santa and the Winter Wonderland made me giggle like a child. I love that feeling.

Sunday I shopped a little more and then wrapped. I still have to do all of Santa's wrapping but I feel like I have a good start and handle on the stuff I have to do.

Today is my last day to work this week, no fear though, I have funny things for you to see while I'm away. I know you won't be disappointed, unless you come here for good wholesome laughs, then you might be slightly upset to only see sexual innuendos and blogthings.com stuff.
