Against popular belief, just because I live in Indiana does not automatically make me a Colts fan.
IN FACT, I am not a Colts fan at all. Sure before, if they won, it didn't bother me either way. Let it be known the Colts weren't my least favorite team...that is, UNTIL, they beat the Bears in the Superbowl.
I went into that game with such enthusiasm, my Bears were in the Superbowl and they were playing against Indiana's team. I went into that game SAYING that I wanted the Bears to win, but if the Colts were to win, that'd be cool too. Ya know cause they are Indiana's team.
After the loss however, I wasn't cool with it. I wasn't cool at all...and STILL am not cool. All those things beforehand that bugged me about Peyton Manning really ticked me off after their win over the Bears.
Yeah, I'm bitter. So what?
It was so wonderfully blissful to see the SAINTS beat them yesterday. I'm not even pissed about the $30 I spent in betting pools and lost. I will gladly crown myself a monetary loser but even more glad to crown the Colts and Mr. Manning LOSERS too.
Manning's crown is much bigger, with a much bigger L glued to the front. NICE interception Manning. :D
And that's how I roll on the Indiana Colts...I am thrilled that the Saints were the stone in the road that knocked you all off of your little joy ride.
Sure was fun to watch. :)
Way to go Drew Brees and the Saints!!!

Woo hooo, I'm from New England and since my team couldn't be in the game and even though my bestie lives in Indian, I rooted for the Saints.. :)

Well with LA bein' right next door and all I'm pretty sure you know how we are falling down here? Even though the Saints did beat our Cowboys; I love the whuppin' they put on those Colts after what they did to the Texans.

I live in New England and I am just glad that the Patriots weren't in the Super Bowl. Hate 'em - almost as much as I hate the Yankees in baseball.
That moment they caught at the end with Brees and his son. So touching. Loved it!
I'm so glad they won too! I just realized Rob didn't wear his Bush jersey at all yesterday.
I'm not a Colts fan either. I was Saints all the way. The shots of Drew Brees with his son after the win were priceless.

Us Brits as a rule, have very little idea what the hell is going on in American Football!
I'm a die hard Cheese Head but it was great to see the Saints win. It was a good game too.
