50% isn't bad, but it's NOT GREAT.

I'd like to remain in the fantasy that I'm great.

Just sayin.

My predictions for Idol last night were 50% right.

I was shocked, to say the least and a little more sad than I thought I'd be when the results were given.

I would like to thank the idol people for giving me a heart attack. Two guys standing; one going home and one staying.

Craptastic.

My favorite guy, Andrew Garcia, was one of the guys standing.

The other guy Alex Lambert, I've been becoming more of a fan of his as each week passes. Something about his voice made me a little wet hot, not gonna lie. Then that feeling passes when I see the mullet and think about his age, but he could sing to me anytime.

I was glad that Andrew made it through, but to see Alex cry as bad as he did last night, broke.my.heart. for real.

What hurts the most is now I have to listen to Chicken Little 2, Crispy (Aaron Kelly) again for another week.

My ears are crying just thinking about it.

The girls, Vicki should be happy that the "creepy girl" is gone, but I was surprised for a few reasons. 1) I could have cared less who went, but thought Paige should have been gone. 2) with the two standing at the end, I thought Katie was gonna go before Lilly.

My heart wasn't as broken, however, because I think that Crystal is the best girl.

And that's all I'm gonna say about that...

Movin on to my other shock of the night.

Survivor. Really?

Really. James, INJURED, unable to run/walk/compete is MORE valuable to the Heroes (why can I never spell that word without looking it up???) tribe than Tom?

I think Tom is a douche, but STILL....James? What kind of pull does he have over these people?

I agree with Tom when he said in reference to James, "All mass, no class".

WORD.

My word of advice for JT, man up, either you're a heroe or you're a villain. Take the game by the reigns baby and run that shit. mmk?

Can't wait to see the battle between Russell and Boston Rob next week, let's get dirty boys. AAAhhhhh YYEEEEAAAAHHH.

And that's all I'm gonna say about that.

Now what?

*pumps chest and throws hands in the air antagonizingly so*

  1. I was so sad last night. That was one of the worst vote outs in the history of Idol.

And I'm worried about Crystal. She didn't look good last night.

  2. HMMM, I didn't notice through my tears....

  3. Katie is totally annoying I want her to go. Casey James is Hotty McHotterson, eye candy, luscious...oh sorry, I got distracted.
I like Michael Lynche cuz he's a big teddy bear but hate the scarves he wears...little fruity.
I'm with you, Crystal should win...my opinion so far. But not sure...the tween votes probably won't go to her...McHotterson maybe.

  5. I loved James on the other two Survivor seasons but I don't like him at all this season. Same with Rupert. Just not impressing me.

I don't get why they don't vote for the person they know has the idol to flush it out. I can't believe the Villians would think about getting rid of Rob. They have to know that he is basically winning the challenges by himself.

  6. I don't know why, but I can't stand American Idol. I just can't.

  7. I agree with you about Crystal, that girl has crazy talent. Maybe we should all band together and vote for her each week.
AND, yes, Aaron and Paige and katie should have been sent home last night!

  8. Andrew Garcia used to work for my brother, so KEEP VOTING FOR HIM! I agree with all of your assessments (even to the point of having referred to Aaron as "Chicken Little 2"), except that I'm a big Siobhan fan as far as the girls go. Katie has been horrible, and needs to go soon, but yeah, the creepy one isn't going to be missed either. I thought it should've been Katie, Paige, Tim Urban, and Todrick that got the boot. As it stands, the next three or four to go will probably be girls.

My pick to win (though he's not my favorite) is Casey James.

  9. did you hear little whiny witches speech before she left? All that crap about trying her hardest and knowing she did really well, and she was shocked because there was great talent going home.
OMG, stop giving Colorado a bad name and cut your bangs. And P.S....that color looks HORRIBLE with your complexion. UGH!
I am glad Andrew stayed. I don't remember the big daddy dude's name, because honestly I just think of him as the big daddy dude, but I am glad he stayed.
I also really only care about Bowersox.

  10. I totally missed AI this week...so I was pissed/sad/disappointed because Alex was one of my favorites. I'm definitely with you...Aaron will be around for another week and I was ready for him to be gone two weeks ago.

  11. I wanted Alex to stick around longer. The poor kid just needed a good haircut and some teenage groupies to boost his confidence. A few more weeks, and he would have had them.

I think part of the problem with Tom is he won his season, right? I think that puts people off to begin with, even if they don't admit it. Plus, there might have been some unaired attitude there. You can already see it with Cody, a kind of I'm-better-than-you air. Maybe Tom had it and we didn't see all of it (i.e. I've got this in the bag because I won before).

The other thing, too, is by keeping James around longer, they have someone they can point their fingers at next week if they go to tribal council again. They might have kept him around to keep the heat off of them next week. Then they can say, "Look, he's injured. Let's send him home."

I can't wait for the Russell and Boston Rob showdown either. Hope it turns out to be a case of CBS overhyping it and nothing really happens.

C'mon, pull up a therapy couch and tell me all about it...
