I have been in a bit of a blogger slump, maybe everyone else is too.

I have been busy lately and not commenting as often as I like.

I BLAME THE WORLD.

No I don't.

Anywho.

"Holy Cats" has anyone heard of this saying? MR.F says it a lot. He says it enough that now my kids say it.

Maybe he has something against cows. Ya know?

Is Holy Cats the same and LOL Cats?

This cat is totally me today due to lack of comments.

I don't blog for comments, I don't blog for stats. However, the comments do help to keep me blogging.

I blog to get things out of my head. Lately though, my head, isn't as full of madness.

*gasp*

Sure there is schedule madness going on. Sure there is some parenting madness. Nothing though that I feel is so mad to post about.

Add to this, I have no computer at home. Some of my great ideas come to me when I'm on the shitter at home. I've said a million times that I should jot them down and then blog about it the next day, but as the three to four "journals" at home will tell you; I'm full of good intentions.

I am SURE those of you that lurk but don't comment are full of good intentions too.

  4. Yeah, comments seem to be down lately everywhere. Speaking for myself, I've been so busy it's all I can do to write posts regularly (even scaling back to two posts per week).

  11. I hear you! I used to get 20 comments per post, now I am lucky to get 5. I am pouting right along with you. Though I haven't been reading and commenting on nearly as many blogs and I am 100% sure that is the reason.

    Aw well, I don't do it for comments either but I am damn sure that I don't post as often without them. No motivation if it doesn't feed my narcissism, you know!

  12. Here is my confession...I read my reader everyday but since I got my ipod typing on it takes me forever and the clicking and trying to type just take too much time so sometimes if I read posts while on my ipod I just don't have the patience to comment. Yes, I am lazy!

    I love LOL cats ! They make me laugh.

    I've been getting less comments lately as well, I think many people have been preoccupied.

    The thing with blogging here, is that in order to get more comments, you pretty much have to comment on others' blogs.

  19. I personally mostly blog to get shit out of my head. I dont deal with stress very well.

    I have alot of blogs that I read and I try to comment on everyone of them. I also do it at work, cause by the time I get home, my "real" job starts and there is never enough time.

    Also reading other ppls shit makes me feel better about my own life.

  20. I'm sorry, sometimes I don't have time to comment on blogs every day, so I try to do it at least once or twice a week. And for the people who I get comments back from, they get priority! So you actually get more comments from me than most people. LOL
